The CAE Scholars Program is offered by the Wayne State University College of Engineering to provide skills and training in the field of National Security Intelligence. Federal agencies and global companies are looking for employees with a broader perspective on world views. By enrolling in this CAE Scholars Program, students will gather and refine the skills and tools needed to be successful in a global society. The program will focus on: 

1. Increasing essential analytical skills in writing and analysis
2. Providing a substantive introduction to the U.S. intelligence community
3. Developing conceptual approaches and methodologies to world politics that will both embrace conventional as well as contemporary challenges to 21st century paradigms
